1. Do you support international (cross-border) shipping?
At this time, Featship supports domestic shipping services only within the United States, Canada, and Australia. International and cross-border shipments (for example, shipping from the U.S. to Canada) are not currently supported.
2. Order Status Explanation
Orders have three statuses: Pending Payment, Successful, and Failed.
Pending Payment: The order has been created but payment has not been completed.
Successful: The order has been successfully created and paid.
Failed: The order was not paid within 24 hours after creation and has expired.
3. How to Place an Order
Select the destination country, enter the sender and recipient details, input the package weight and dimensions, then choose the appropriate carrier and shipping service. After completing payment, the system will automatically generate the shipping label.
4. How to Pay
The platform supports credit cards, PayPal, Stripe, and account balance as payment methods.
When placing an order, select your preferred payment method and enter the required payment information to complete the payment.
